I started working with ReportSmith in 1994 when it was still owned by
ReportSmith Inc. Soon Borland purchased the product and I became
a field support engineer for Borland. I started consulting on my own in
1995 working with Fortune 500 companies.

Since 1994 I have written hundreds of production ReportSmith reports.
I have taught classes to ADP support engineers, worked on ADP's
support hotline and presented at MOTM. I have also taught classes for
other ReportSmith venders such as Lawson Software, Software Plus and
Cyborg Systems.
